1. Parties & Definitions
"Auralux" refers to Auralux Luxury Consignment Studio, operated by Chanté, Wierdapark, Centurion, Gauteng.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a client you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms in full.
3. Eligibility
Clients must be at least 16 years of age. Ages 16–17 require parent/guardian co-signature at collection.
4. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Client Rental Policy
Gowns are collected 1 day before your event and returned the next business day. A non-refundable R150 appointment fee confirms your slot. A security deposit may apply at collection.
All gowns are covered under Auralux's specialist garment insurance. You are responsible for reasonable care during the rental period.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013). We will never sell or share your data with third parties. Data is used solely to manage your Auralux client relationship.
