2 Provisional approval & intake invite — once your piece is provisionally approved, Chanté will WhatsApp you to schedule your in-person intake appointment.
3 In-person assessment & drop-off — Chanté inspects the garment in person, you sign the consignment agreement, and your dress goes live in The Wardrobe.
